Job Summary
StayAPT Suites Tallahassee is seeking a reliable, customer-focused teammate to join our team in a hybrid role supporting both Front Desk Operations and Housekeeping. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping guests, takes pride in maintaining clean accommodations, and can adapt to a variety of hotel responsibilities.
Guest Service Representative (Front Desk)
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Make reservations and process payments
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures
Housekeeping
- Clean and service guest suites according to hotel brand standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Report maintenance or safety concerns
- Ensure rooms are guest-ready and meet quality expectations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Front desk experience is not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for housekeeping duties
