We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through standardized testing and ongoing assessments.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing behavior management strategies to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and educational administration to support student success.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them navigate academic challenges.
- Utilize library services and resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in private school settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment methods.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Experience working with students on the autism spectrum or those requiring special education services is an asset.
- Ability to mentor students and contribute positively to their educational journey.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,815.00 - $50,471.00 per year
