The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Account Executive to manage inbound leads and guide clients through the full lifecycle—from concept to delivery.
This is not cold calling—you’ll be working with warm leads and inbound demand. Your role is to convert, manage, and grow those opportunities into long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound leads and convert quotes into closed business
- Guide customers through product selection, pricing, and timelines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage multiple projects at once—from concept through production
- Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams
- Create quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
- Identify upsell and repeat order opportunities
- Maintain pipeline and activity in CRM
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication (written + verbal)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Self-starter with strong follow-through
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Bonus: Experience in promotional products, apparel, or custom manufacturing
