Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, senior care facilities, and other B2B clients
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and present tailored home care solutions that meet client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Manage existing accounts proactively to maximize customer retention and satisfaction through effective account management practices
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare, technology sales, or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management roles
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Knowledge of the home care industry or healthcare market is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
