Orthodontic Assistant – PT/FT

We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to provide exceptional patient care and chairside support while working closely with our orthodontic lab. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, professional patient care throughout the orthodontic treatment experience.
- Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures and chairside treatment.
- Prepare treatment areas, instruments, and materials for patient appointments.
- Take and maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical documentation.
- Provide patient education and instructions regarding orthodontic appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
- Assist with in-office orthodontic lab functions to support efficient and accurate treatment delivery.
- Perform administrative and other office duties as needed to support the clinical team.
- Follow established infection control, safety, and practice protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior dental or orthodontic assisting experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in working with patients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and technology.
- Ability to work effectively with children, teens, and adults.
- Strong interest in developing a career in the orthodontic field.
Training & Professional Growth
No prior orthodontic experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive hands-on, live, and virtual training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in orthodontics. Team members will have the opportunity to pursue the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Certified Orthodontic Assistant program and build valuable skills for long-term growth in the field.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
