Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Install rebar and perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work to ensure structural integrity
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately to guide project execution
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and perform heavy lifting safely on-site
- Execute framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, siding, roofing, stucco application, and masonry tasks
- Interpret technical drawings for proper placement of structural components and dimensions
- Manage site safety protocols while coordinating with team members for efficient workflow
Skills
- Extensive experience in concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and additions, kitchens , bathrooms,and remodeling
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate construction execution
- Strong knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, and plastering methods
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and performing dimensional measurements with precision
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Solid understanding of construction management principles and site safety regulations
- Excellent carpentry skills including framing, trim carpentry, woodworkings, and drywall installation
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks regularly
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings for remodeling or restoration projects
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to construction work
