Fast Paced RV dealership looking for a supportive team member. Must be able to work comfortably with customers of all background. Must be able to multi-task, keep calm in stressful situations, adapt to a changing/spontaneous work environment.
Any RV experience would be very helpful!
Must be organized in work flow.
Must be able to follow procedures well.
Will be working directly with management.
Must have good problem solving skills
Job duties include:
- Answering phones & taking messages
- Greeting customers and assisting them in a friendly and upbeat manner
- Ordering Parts/tracking orders for technicians
- Invoice customer parts orders/deposits
- Working with various vendors
- Accounts Payable
- Running various errands
- Provide administrative support to the staff and management
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, and tracking repair status for inventory
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist in advertising tasks
- Lift up to 50lbs
Experience:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Background check will be required. Experience with customer service or sales support is a must. Any RV experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour
