Pursuit Performance Club is seeking a high-level Performance Coach to join our private training environment in Franklin Lakes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field, or nationally recognized personal training certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Athletic background preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence and polished appearance
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Self-directed with strong accountability and work ethic
Preferred Experience
- Advanced understanding of program design and exercise selection
- Experience working with high-performing or high-end clientele
- Ability to individualize training based on goals, movement limitations, injury history, and performance demands
- Strong coaching presence with leadership qualities
- Comfortable operating within a structured, systems-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Coach private, semi-private, and small group training sessions
- Deliver individualized, results-oriented programming
- Uphold the presentation and operational standards of the facility
- Maintain exceptional client experience and communication
- Attend monthly staff development meetings
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
- Build and manage a client base within the Pursuit ecosystem

Pay: $52.00 - $85.00 per hour
