New Albany Exterior Solutions is a locally owned exterior restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, and insurance restoration. Our mission is simple: provide honest inspections, exceptional workmanship, and help homeowners navigate the often confusing insurance claims process.
We’re looking for a motivated, self-driven professional who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and building lasting relationships. Whether you have experience in roofing, insurance, construction, or sales, we’ll provide the training and support needed to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs, siding, and gutters.
- Identify storm-related damage and educate homeowners on their options.
- Assist homeowners throughout the insurance claims process when appropriate.
- Take photographs and document property damage.
- Prepare estimates and communicate with insurance adjusters.
- Build relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Manage projects from inspection through completion while providing outstanding customer service.
- Represent New Albany Exterior Solutions with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable climbing ladders (preferred).
- Sales, insurance, construction, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
Compensation
$75,000–$150,000+ annually
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Our consultants are rewarded for their performance, and motivated individuals have the opportunity to build an excellent income while helping homeowners protect one of their largest investments.
