Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly using proper food handling techniques
- Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and providing additional support as needed
- Ensure safe manual handling practices when lifting heavy trays or equipment during service
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including floors, tables, and stations, adhering to food safety standards
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or replenishment tasks when required
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy and efficient billing processes
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Uphold high standards of guest service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest requests
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, safe lifting practices, and food safety regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided
- Familiarity with serving, bussing, or food handling roles is advantageous
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus
- Knowledge of banquet or hotel service environments enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
- Basic kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory
- Prior hospitality or guest services experience helps in delivering exceptional guest experiences
