We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC & refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units and HVAC/R equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various appliances such as kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, and other mechanical devices.
- Read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to accurately identify problems and execute repairs.
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at different sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to prioritize repairs and maintenance projects while maintaining high safety standards.
Skills
- Extensive mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical systems repair and maintenance.
- Proven appliance repair skills with a focus on kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC & appliance technology including HVAC system repair and air conditioning units.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately.
- Experience with construction projects or related construction experience is a plus.
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
- Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and mentorship in maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices for efficient workflow management.
