As a Charge Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital leadership role in coordinating patient care and supporting the nursing team. Working alongside Nursing Leadership, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff, you'll help ensure safe, high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and positive clinical environment.

Coordinate and oversee daily nursing operations on your assigned unit
Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting teamwork and collaboration

Current RN license in the state of employment
Current BLS certification
ACLS certification is preferred upon hire and required within 90 days of employment. We'll help you obtain your ACLS if needed.
Please note: ACLS is required on Day 1 for Charge Nurses working in ICU and High Observation units.
While not required, we'd love to see experience with:
Emergency or critical care nursing
Ventilator, tracheostomy, and PICC line management
Two or more years of direct patient care experience
