Salary: $38,000–$45,000 annually
At Atidaynu Our Future School, we are seeking a compassionate and reliable Teacher Assistant to support high-functioning students in a special education setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with students and supporting classroom instruction.
Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities
Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students
Help implement lesson plans and instructional materials
Support students with academic tasks and organization
Reinforce positive behavior and classroom routines
Assist with monitoring student progress and engagement
Help maintain a structured, safe, and supportive classroom environment
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience working with children or in a school setting (SPED experience a plus)
Patience, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow teacher direction and work collaboratively
Basic organizational and communication skills
