WA State Managing Broker license (absolute must)
Experience with any of the following: CBA, NWMLS, NAR, DOL (real estate division)
Leadership qualities, problem solving skill, and a track record of excellent customer service
Experience with residential and commercial transactions
Ability to work full-time in an office atmosphere
Work under supervision and mentorship of Designated Broker
Document review and Transaction Management
Recruit new and experienced brokers to our team
Develop sales strategies
Train and mentor brokers
Run sales meetings
Compile reports
Problem solve and support our brokers in every aspect of their business
Work with our in-house marketing specialist
Task and project management
Manage company leads
