We're building a residential home services company focused on quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth. We're looking for the right licensed contractor to become our Qualifying Agent and Construction Manager while helping shape the future of the company.

What You'll Do
As our Qualifying Agent, you will provide leadership and oversight for residential construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area.
You'll work alongside an owner who is committed to growing the business the right way while maintaining high construction standards.
Initially, you'll be heavily involved in project management and construction oversight. As the company continues to grow, your role can transition into a more supervisory and leadership-focused position.
Projects include:
- Full home remodels
- Room additions
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Doors and windows
- Soffit and fascia
- Gutters
- Siding
- Painting
- Interior and exterior repairs
- Residential renovations
- General home improvements
Responsibilities
- Serve as the company's Florida Qualifying Agent.
- Supervise residential construction projects.
- Ensure all work complies with Florida Building Code.
- Lead crews and subcontractors.
- Assist with estimating and selling projects.
- Maintain quality control.
- Help develop company systems and construction standards.
- Mentor employees and help build a professional construction team.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Certified General Contractor License (CGC preferred).
- Extensive experience in residential construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple residential projects.
- Honest, dependable, and customer-focused.
