Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch.
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions.
Process deposits, withdrawals, and other teller transactions accurately.
Assist members with consumer loan applications.
Assist with account administration, customer inquiries, and issue resolution.
Oversee daily office and banking administrative functions.
Provide secretarial and clerical support for the branch and other departments, as needed.
Deliver an exceptional experience whether helping members in person or over the phone.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to banking operations.
Support branch management with operational planning and implementation.
Ensure secure handling of confidential customer and financial information.
Support risk management initiatives and internal control processes.
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma.
1+ years’ experience in a banking environment.
Customer service experience
Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, banking software, and reporting tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
