About the Role
As a Fleet Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a vital technical expert responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and peak performance of our heavy-duty vehicle fleet. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep our transportation operations running smoothly for the communities we serve.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive repairs on critical vehicle systems, including drivetrains, braking, suspension, and complex electrical components to ensure operational readiness.

Perform rigorous preventive maintenance inspections to proactively identify issues and extend the lifecycle of fleet assets.

Utilize advanced computerized diagnostic tools to pinpoint malfunctions and verify the success of repairs through thorough road testing.

Manage the installation and programming of telematic systems to support data-driven fleet management.

Document all service activities, parts usage, and labor time accurately within our digital maintenance tracking platforms.

Provide on-site support for emergency road calls, ensuring rapid resolution of mechanical failures in the field.

Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace that adheres to all safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining medium or heavy-duty diesel fleets.

Proficiency in utilizing computerized diagnostic software for complex troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of DOT compliance standards and safety regulations for commercial vehicles.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute maintenance schedules effectively.

Possession of a comprehensive set of professional-grade hand tools for heavy-duty mechanical work.

Current ASE Master Technician certification in relevant areas such as engine, electrical, or brakes.

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or the ability to secure one within 90 days.

Proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-volume maintenance environments.
