What to expect:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nurse management in a post-acute care or skilled nursing facility. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a key role in overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Experience Required:
Active, unrestricted RN license
3 years experience as a DON in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required
Demonstrated experience in managing nursing teams in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000
