The Delivery Driver of Final Mile is often the “face” of Valyou Hawaii to our customers. You will typically be the first face-to-face contact with our customers; thus, your position and interaction are crucial for the high expectations of a smooth and perfect delivery.
- Utilize our company delivery application to complete deliveries, including but not limited to taking photos on delivery (POD) photos, customer signatures, delivery notes, communicating with customers, etc.
- Safely deliver merchandise in perfect condition to our customer’s location, while providing friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service.
- Contacting customers to confirm delivery details via cell phone, email, or text.
- Keeping vehicle(s) fueled in accordance with management instructions and business needs and notifies management of needed repairs.
- Keeping diesel vehicle(s) full of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) if applicable.
- Coordinating with Transportation and/or Outbound departments to confirm daily deliveries.
- Complete daily Pre and Post trip Delivery Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and alert management of any vehicle concerns.
- Must be able to safely drive a 16-foot company box truck.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Familiarity with using navigation systems.
- Ability to use phone applications to complete deliveries.
- Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
- Smartphone required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Extremely accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Basic math skills, accuracy in counting, and organizational skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
