Duties

- Manage ingredient inventory, ensure proper storage, and maintain freshness of all food items.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ramen varieties or enhancements based on customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing broths, and assembling toppings with knife skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and excellent customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Expertise in menu planning, meal preparation, and kitchen operations specific to Asian cuisine or fine dining environments.
- Excellent knife skills for efficient ingredient prep and precise slicing techniques.
- Experience with catering or serving in a high-volume restaurant environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
