Your Role
As a Production Lead, you’ll support the Production Supervisor and Chief in leading a team responsible for automotive salvage, recycling operations, and facility upkeep. You’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity standards are met while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do as a Production Lead

Foster a “Safety First” and “Environmental Stewardship” culture

Lead by example in alignment with company core values – Respect, Help, Learn & Grow

Supervise, motivate, and develop production team members
-
Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure work areas meet safety standards
-
Manage daily production schedules and performance goals
-
Oversee automotive salvage and recycling processes
-
Operate heavy equipment (loaders, forklifts, crushers, etc.) as needed
-
Audit and record inventory levels to ensure accuracy
-
Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance
-
Enforce company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices (SOPs)
-
Support hiring, training, and performance management for production staff
-
Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and process efficiency
-
Work standard production hours (Monday–Friday), with occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays
What You Bring as a Production Lead
-
Leadership or supervisory experience in production or industrial operations
-
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service excellence
-
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive parts and systems
-
Strong organizational and administrative skills
-
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience operating industrial or heavy equipment
-
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and mobile tools
-
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
-
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation
Preferred:

Experience in the automotive salvage or recycling industry
-
Experience maintaining heavy equipment (loaders, hydraulics, tow motors, etc.)

Bilingual in English and Spanish
