Summary
The CSR's role is vital in ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service to our customers in the Richland, WA area. The Relief CSR position supports our mission of quality and customer focused service. You will assist with deliveries, service and route coverage while learning multiple routes and customers. This is not a typical delivery job. This route role is for someone who takes pride in their work, delivers great customer service and wants to learn and grow into a full-time CSR role earning more with commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and other delivery vehicles to ensure timely deliveries providing route coverage and assistance to the regular CSR.
- Load and unload linens, uniforms, and supplies efficiently at the start and end of day.
- Delivering clean products and picking up soiled items from customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally.
- Identifying opportunities to add products or improve service.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify referral opportunities for our sales team.
- Follow designated routes to optimize delivery schedules.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory and invoicing

Qualifications
- Valid non-DOT driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Basic math, computer, and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- This role is physically demanding and requires being in and out of a delivery truck in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50lbs and bending, twisting and kneeling as needed
- Will train the right person, but reliability, effort and customer focus are critical
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday (Friday-during holiday make up)
- Start time at 6:00am until route is complete
