Do you have an eye for details? We are hiring Retail Associates for our team in Hoboken, NJ. Our Retail Associates help to ensure a safe, positive and welcoming environment for our customers. As a Retail Associate you will also assist shoppers by answering questions, providing directions, and providing excellent customer support.
Retail Associate Responsibilities:
Our Retail Associates help to maintain the highest standards of store organization and security. Our Retail Associates are responsible for greeting customers, while maintaining vigilant watch over their surroundings. Associates will need to communicate clearly and efficiently with team members to ensure that proper protocols are maintained at all times.
Retail Associate Requirements:
- Scheduling flexibility
- Able to commute
- Excellent people skills! We need candidates who are comfortable in fast-paced environments
- 1+ year of retail experience preferred, previous loss prevention experience is a plus
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinking and strong decision-making skills
- Able to communicate clearly with other team members
- Able to complete reports accurately and efficiently
- Able to observe and identify potential safety risks
