Lake Norman Spinal Care is an established upper cervical chiropractic office dedicated to helping patients find lasting relief from headaches, migraines, vertigo, neck pain, and nervous system dysfunction through personalized, one-on-one care.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who doesn't just "do marketing"—you love building systems that generate measurable growth.

About the Role:
This position is responsible for creating and managing a complete patient acquisition system.
Success isn't measured by how many social media posts you make. Success is measured by qualified leads, booked appointments, patient conversions, and revenue growth.
You will own and continuously improve our marketing efforts across digital advertising, content creation, referral partnerships, community outreach, and automation.
Responsibilities:
-Digital Marketing
-Build and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
-Build and manage Google Ads campaigns
-Improve landing page conversion rates
-Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
-Manage retargeting campaigns
-Coordinate SEO initiatives
-Content Marketing
-Plan and execute monthly content calendars
-Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
-Write engaging captions and educational content
-Collect and publish patient success stories
-Develop email newsletters and nurture campaigns
Community Growth
-Build referral relationships with local healthcare providers and businesses
-Coordinate community events and workshops
-Manage sponsorship opportunities
-Represent the practice at networking events when appropriate
Analytics & Reporting:
-Track key performance indicators
Report weekly on:
-Leads generated
-Cost per lead
-Appointments booked
-Show rate
-Patient conversion rate
-Revenue generated from marketing
-Return on ad spend
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who has experience with most of the following:
-Meta Ads Manager
-Google Ads
-Google Analytics 4
-Landing page optimization
-CRM systems
-Email marketing platforms
-Video editing
-Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
-Copywriting
-Marketing analytics
Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, fitness, or wellness marketing is a strong plus.
