Prepare, review, and submit expense reports for approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Process, reconcile, and maintain corporate credit card statements and supporting documentation.

Utilize customized financial and accounting software to prepare and maintain reports related to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Receive, verify, organize, and maintain inventory records and documentation.

Provide backup support for Reception and Travel functions as needed, including general administrative and coordination duties.

Assist with general office operations, including filing, document management, shipping and receiving, and telephone coverage.

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.

Support special projects and other administrative or accounting initiatives as assigned.

Maintain accurate and organized financial and administrative records.

Comply with applicable federal and state requirements, as well as company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial, employee, and company information.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience involving a variety of accounting and administrative functions.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits, credits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and effectively utilize customized accounting and financial software.

Experience performing general office and administrative functions, including file management, shipping and receiving, and telephone support.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide professional and effective customer service to internal and external customers.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
