Recruit applicants and manage candidates through the interview and selection process. Assist team members with People Operations procedures, policies, onboarding, and general HR-related questions.

Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding end-to-end.

Ability to facilitate and explain all orientation information to include but not limited to benefits, dental, health options, safety, and company policies.

Assist in formulating competitive recruitment strategies for the organization.

Identifying effective recruitment channels and leveraging them to source high-caliber candidates.
- Ability to work outside of and in addition to normally scheduled hours as required.

Additional duties may be assigned depending on the company’s needs.

Attend job fairs, and develop strong relationships within the community.

Develop partnerships with vocational schools, universities, and any other facilities that may improve the recruiting process.

Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience in HR. 3-5 years of specific work experience in recruitment in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from Managers, Co-workers and outside sources. Good communication and listening skills are mandatory.
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.

This position will report directly to the Director of People Operations.
