Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building genuine relationships and providing personalized styling recommendations.
- Process all point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store organization by ensuring cleanliness, proper inventory management, and restocking as needed.
- Communicate inventory needs, including sold-out items and restock requests, to HQ in a timely manner.
- Uphold the store’s visual and merchandising standards to ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist with merchandising and floor sets to ensure brand consistency and aesthetic appeal.
- Develop a strong understanding of product knowledge to confidently assist customers and highlight key features.
- Support in-store events and activations, contributing to a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive and productive store environment.
- Gather and share customer feedback, shopping trends, and insights with management.
- Maintain availability and flexibility to work during peak business periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate passion for the Mod Ref | Common Market brand and products, serving as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand ambassador.
