Impulsum Solutions, a sales and development firm in White Hall with Verizon in our corner, seeks an Customer Care Representative who can talk the talk and walk the walk. In this sales position, the Customer Care Representative leads by example, focusing on Verizon's products and helping our customers discover connectivity plans optimized for their needs.
As an Customer Care Representative, you'll get the training you need to lead a sales team, solve problems, and keep smiling through it all. The Customer Care Representative will also help our customers find Verizon plans that actually make their lives easier, whether that's more data, better coverage, or just a phone that doesn't take five minutes to open an app.
Core Functions of the Customer Care Representative
- Actively promote Verizon smartphones and data plans in person while mentoring team members on sales best practices.
- Focus on delivering strong sales results while supporting and encouraging the team during their customer engagements.
- Meet and exceed individual Verizon sales targets while providing helpful coaching to associates to improve their sales conversations.
- Demonstrate leadership by maintaining high personal sales activity and guiding the team toward better customer experiences and results.
- Contribute significantly to sales through your own customer interactions while beginning to support team growth and performance.
- Build foundational leadership experience as an Customer Care Representative by excelling in personal Verizon sales and team support.
