Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of bounce houses before and after each use to identify any damages or safety hazards
- Set up and take down inflatables efficiently while ensuring proper anchoring and stability during operation
- Clean and sanitize all equipment following established health and safety protocols to maintain hygiene standards
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching minor tears, checking air pumps, and replacing worn parts
- Monitor inflatables during events to ensure proper operation, address minor issues promptly, and enforce safety rules
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for accountability and compliance
- Collaborate with event staff to coordinate setup times, safety checks, and breakdown procedures
Experience
- Prior experience in equipment maintenance or cleaning roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols diligently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with children or in event settings is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual handling skills for setting up and maintaining inflatables
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of basic safety procedures such as first aid, CPR, or emergency response is advantageous
- Comfortable working outdoors or in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
