Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming to ensure spotless surfaces
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring overall hygiene in all areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to deliver high-quality results
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is highly preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working efficiently in various environments
- Familiarity with janitorial tools and cleaning supplies; ability to operate cleaning machinery safely
- Reliable transportation to reach multiple residential locations as scheduled
