Hill's Equipment is seeking an experienced and motivated Tractor & Lawn Mower Mechanic to join our team. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in quality work, can effectively manage their time, and has the skills to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair tractors, lawn mowers, and outdoor power equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service.
- Utilize diagnostic software and electronic service tools to identify equipment issues.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Accurately document repairs and communicate findings to service advisors and customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Manage workload effectively and meet productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Experience repairing tractors, lawn mowers, diesel equipment, or related machinery.
- Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment and service software.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must provide and maintain your own tools.
