Summary, Role: Take orders and make the drinks for the patrons and servers. Ring in drinks properly, keep bar stocked and clean balance drawer.
Essential Responsibilities:

Make and serve drinks to patrons or cocktail servers timely

Collects payment

Ring in drinks made properly on POS system

Balance drawer

Keep bar and mixing area clean

Verify age by requiring identification

Customer service focus; checking on guests, not overserving intoxicated guests
Requirements (KSA’s) Previous bartending experience (at least one year), ability to work in fast-paced environment, familiar with point-of-sale systems,
Calm demeanor, ability to recognize when a person has reached their limit
Education, certificates: Alcohol Serving card required in some jurisdictions
Physical requirements: Must be able to lift and move cases of beer and keg,

Standing up to 8 hours per shift.

Walking up to 8 hours a day.

Bending, stooping, reaching, stretching and kneeling

Must be able to be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, loud noise, dust, cigarette/cigar smoke
