Home Décor Group, a leading paint and decorating center with 25 New England retail locations, is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Paint Sales Associate. This job is not for everyone, just someone with the absolute drive to succeed and create their own success. A Paint Sales Associate is one of the most important positions within the company. You will be on the front line; the first person people see when they walk in our stores. This is a full time position, with regularly scheduled overtime opportunities, based in the Metrowest that includes Saturdays and full time benefits.
Job Requirements:
-Previous Paint Sales Associate experience is preferred, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person!!
-Must have strong customer service and people skills
-Must be willing to undergo initial and continuous training on product knowledge, policies and best practices so we can maintain our place as the industry leader in coatings knowledge
-Must be an outside the box thinker, have great ideas and a can-do attitude
-Must have the ability to work within a team dynamic
-Must bring high energy and passion, with the ability to remain focused on sales goals and customer satisfaction
-Must be willing to work in all of our Metrowest locations
-Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Must have the ability to stand on your feet for many hours at a time while continuously working
-Must have the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. safely and properly
-Must have basic computer skills (above average computer skills preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
