Department: Genova Pipe – Paducah
Position: Machine Operator – Production Assistant
Reports to: Shift Supervisor
Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift
Schedule: 1st: 7a-3:30p, 2nd: 3pm-11:30pm, 3rd: 11:00pm to 730am
Monday to Friday
Lunch/Breaks: 30 minute lunch – Clock out & 2-10 minute breaks ( Do NOT Clock out)
Training: ALL NEW EMPLOYEES WILL TRAIN 2 weeks: 1st shift - 7am - 3:30pm
1. Safety
- Safety glasses
- Cutting Gloves
- Ear Plugs (available)
2. Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Prevent accidents and control safety hazards
- Report accidents and/or safety concerns to Shift Leader
3. Quality/Production
- Perform quality control checks for quality assurance
4. Production
- Producing parts as assigned based on production needs
- Boxing parts according to specifics of the parts
- Monitor machine operation
- Monitor product production
5. Housekeeping
- Clean and wipe work area
- Put away tools
