Summary of Responsibilities:
- Close sales leads from customers who have inquired about business loans.
- Develop strong rapport with customers and drive appropriate conversions.
- Quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations.
- Multi-task between speaking and data entry.
- Learn our product suite quickly.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
Required Experience:
- 1+ years of experience and success in sales and building rapport.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients.
- Ability to close deals and upsell loans.
- Ability to work independently while focusing on goals and meeting deadlines.
- Strong phone presence.
- Preferably looking for candidates who have worked at other business loan or MCA companies.
