Project Manager (Field + Office) – $70K–$90K Potential – Company Truck
South Florida (Tri-County Area)
We’re not looking for a desk project manager.
This role is a mix of field and operations. You’ll be running jobs, working with crews, checking measurements, and making sure installs move the way they should.
If you’ve worked in windows, doors, or roofing and want something where you can take ownership and actually make money based on performance, this is a strong opportunity.
We will train the right candidate with related construction or field experience who wants to grow into this role.
What you’ll be doing
- Run residential installation jobs from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, materials, inspections, and schedules
- Visit job sites to verify measurements and job readiness
- Catch issues early and keep projects moving
- Work directly with customers and installation teams
- Manage multiple jobs without letting things slip
- Perform measurements and pre-start walkthroughs
What matters for this role
- 2–3+ years in construction, project coordination, or project management
- Windows and doors experience is a strong plus
- Roofing or solar experience is helpful
- Comfortable in the field (not just behind a desk)
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple jobs
- Takes ownership and follows through
Pay and structure
- Base salary + performance-based bonus
- Most solid performers earn $60K–$75K
- Top performers earn $80K–$90K+
