Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire program life cycle from initiation to closure, with a significant focus on Pega platform implementations across multiple projects in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance domains.
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans tailored to mitigate disruptions in Pega deployments within financial services and insurance operations.
Establish and monitor program control processes to ensure that Pega implementations meet regulatory, compliance, and quality standards specific to BCM and Insurance.
Coordinate with Pega system architects and developers to ensure strategic alignment and effective resource utilization across domain-specific workflows.
Provide executive reporting on the status of Pega projects, highlighting milestones, risks, and overall program health, with domain-specific insights and KPIs.
Experience and Skills:
15+ years of program management experience, with extensive exposure to Pega platform implementations.
Proven experience managing complex, large-scale Pega deployments in a program management role.
Strong understanding of Pega’s capabilities and how to leverage them across various business units.
Certification in Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMP with a focus on technology implementations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $49.12/hour - $76.75/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
