<Responsibilities>
- Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales performance.
- Type Invoice to the system.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, merchandising, and retail math.
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
