Brady Lawn Services is hiring a Full‑Time Crew Lead and technicians to start immediately.
We are a family‑owned company based in High Ridge, MO. Our crew meets at our home base each morning and heads out together in a company truck.
Position Requirements (Non‑Negotiable):
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating walk‑behind mowers with a Velky
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to lead a small crew and maintain high‑quality standards
- Experience in residential and/or commercial lawn maintenance preferred
Compensation & Schedule:
- Starting pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Typical start time: 6:00 AM
- Weekends off unless weather delays or other circumstances require catch‑up work

We handle mostly residential clients with some commercial aspects as well. I’m looking for to Fill the positions for 2 crew leaders and a lawn care technician with plenty of room for advancement.
```Duties```
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees in gardens and landscapes
- Supervise a team of lawn care technicians and provide guidance as needed
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance required
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control
- Leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of technicians
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
