Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move raw materials and finished goods
- Support machining and carpentry tasks to ensure precise fabrication of components
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards
- Handle materials efficiently within warehouse and production areas, ensuring smooth workflow
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols during all manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Experience or willingness to learn forklift operation and materials handling techniques
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, fabrication, machining, or carpentry is a plus
- Ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Previous warehouse experience or construction background is advantageous but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
