Job Summary
BrightStar Care of Greater Austin is looking for a full-time Home Health RN Case Manager (RN ADON) to join our growing team. We are seeking highly motivated and professional applicants with prior home health experience and a compassionate sense of urgency.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all clinical aspects of the Austin-based BrightStar Care agency
- Ensure compliance and safety are adhered on a consistent basis
- Maintain a growth trajectory and adhere to goals as indicated by Leadership
- Provide on-going communications to Leadership
- Other duties as assigned
What We'll Love About You:
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Home Health
- Registered Nurse (RN) with unencumbered license in the state of Texas
- Strong electronic documentation and follow-up skills required
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and EMR system
- Strong working knowledge Medicare processes and compliance
- Willing to be on an On-Call rotation and attend off-site meetings as required
