Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservations using multi-line phone systems
- Handle guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and offer personalized assistance in multiple languages if applicable
- Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and manage billing efficiently
- Assist guests with special requests, concierge services, and local information to enhance their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong focus on guest services
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations including night audit procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards, resort operations, and guest relations best practices
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to remain energetic, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment
