Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Pre-Roll Production Technician to join our cannabis manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the preparation, production, and packaging of high-quality pre-roll products while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations and company standards.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a production environment and takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and output.
Key Responsibilities
- Grind, weigh, and prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production
- Accurately fill, roll, and finish pre-rolls to meet product specifications
- Operate pre-roll production equipment (manual and/or automated systems)
- Maintain consistency in weight, appearance, and overall quality
- Follow all state compliance regulations
- Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Work closely with supervisors to meet daily and weekly production targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cannabis production or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow SOPs and compliance regulations strictly
- Basic math skills (weights, measurements, counts)
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background requirements per state law
Pay
- Starting at $15.00/hr
- Pay is based on experience
