What You’ll Do: As our dental receptionist, you’ll be the driving force behind our patient relationships. You’ll:
- Engage with potential patients via phone, email, and text to schedule consultations.
- Build rapport with patients, guiding them through their treatment options with warmth and expertise.
- Coordinate financing options, making high-quality care accessible and stress-free.
- Follow up diligently to ensure consultations are booked and treatment plans are accepted.
- Play a key role in driving the growth and success of our practice by closing treatment plans and securing patient commitments.
What We’re Looking For:

- Someone with a proven track record in sales or a strong desire to excel in a results-driven role.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with patients on a personal level.
- Experience in the dental field.
- Hard working, loyal, and friendly.
- Available to work available to work 5-6 days a week, Saturdays are required.
- Available to commute to the Basking Ridge location 5 days a month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 – 45.0 per week
