This skilled position is responsible for getting each loan approved and funded. Knowledge of lending regulations and loan requirements is a must.
You'll be coordinating loans for conventional A through D paper, Jumbo, ALT-A, FHA, and VA. You'll also be using both LP and DU. It's important to be detail oriented and be capable of multi-tasking.
