Overview
Weekends are required! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our short term rental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, demonstrating the ability to analyze and troubleshoot various systems effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency of our facilities through regular maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on performance and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
- Daily tasks - Building maintenance; trash, blow off all breezeways and stairwells, clean grill area, and any other tasks set for upkeep of building. Other tasks include painting, drywall repair, light fixtures. Assess AC units for repairs and maintenance.
Skills
- Basic handyman knowledge with basics of electrical, AC, and plumbing a plus!
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
