What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair a wide range of makes and models accurately and efficiently
Perform thorough inspections and clearly document findings
Collaborate with advisors to support smooth shop flow
Complete repairs with attention to quality, safety, and cleanliness
Verify concerns are resolved through proper post-repair confirmation
What You Bring
Proven experience working on multiple makes and models
Strong diagnostic skills (Pinpoint testing, electrical, drivability, steering/suspension, brakes, etc.)
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
Comfort with digital inspections, photos, and documentation
Professional attitude, accountability, and pride in your work
