As a Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive inpatient care and will be involved in a variety of cases that showcase your medical expertise. - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary

Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care decisions

Facilitate patient discharges and outpatient follow-ups

Adhere to hospital protocols and regulations for patient safety

Participate in continuous education and professional development activities
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree

Active medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico

Previous experience in a hospitalist or inpatient care setting preferred

Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
