The Orchard Academy at Mountain Top School (TOA@MTS), a private preschool in Warren Township, NJ, is seeking a full-time Preschool Assistant for a preschool classroom for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details
- Full-time, in-person role
- Core hours: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM (with optional before/aftercare hours)
- Employment through June 18, 2027, with opportunities for summer and 12-month positions
- Supportive, team-based classroom environment serving children 3 months through kindergarten
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in early childhood education (certification preferred, not required); comparable experience working with children in organized childcare setting
- Warm, energetic, and collaborative educators who love working with young children
- Creative thinkers who support developmentally appropriate learning
- Commitment to professionalism, growth, and ongoing learning
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks and provide strong references
