Colombian Detailing is a fast-growing auto detailing and ceramic coating business serving the Tri-Cities area. We run a mobile unit and a physical shop, and we're generating more leads than our current team can handle — that's where you come in.
What you'll do:
- Respond to incoming leads fast (we generate 80–120 per week)
- Call, qualify, and book customers using our proven script
- Answer Phone calls and texts from customers during business hours
- Send proposals and collect deposits
- Follow up with leads who don't book right away
What we're looking for:
- You're comfortable on the phone and genuinely enjoy talking to people
- You follow a process but make it sound natural
- You're competitive, you want to hit targets and earn commission
- You can respond to leads quickly during business hours
- Bonus: experience in sales, service, or the automotive world, Bilingual
Compensation: Base pay plus uncapped commission on every job you close. Top performers earn significantly more than base.
